What is the difference between Coaching and Therapy?

Therapy: When the past is preventing your future to some extent, and you need a safe place to process situations or help processing the present day with intense feelings.

Coaching: Not everyone needs therapy, some need: Accountability Partner, Cheerleader, and or step by step help finding the way to achieve their goals! There may be some emotion-but not to the extent therapy is required to move forward.
