Individual Psychotherapy & Counseling Sessions

Individual counseling sessions are available for adults 18+ on a one on one basis. While I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, I also offer a combined approach utilizing my specialty of Art Therapy (A form of DBT) techniques and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques. Each treatment plan is unique to the individual, we will discuss what you are looking for and what will help you be comfortable talking (or creating) in session. Art experience is not needed prior to attending and a suggested supplies list will be provided.

Video sessions are the primary option with this clinic due to the high need of virtual requests statewide. Physical offices have been closed.

Individual In-Person Sessions

Samantha does not currently have an in person office at this time.

Peer Support Group Workshop

Different levels of workshops including : Creative Coaching with themes, Open studio Casual , and or Intensive Therapeutic Workshop
Approx 2 hour Artistic workshops, Samantha herself has no physical location, so events may be brought to your desired location or offered Virtually. Occasionally Samantha connects with local community programs to provide workshops in the Appleton area.
Virtual Workshop – join virtually and receive a suggested supplies list. No dates at this time.

August 2026- Samantha is partnering with ThedaCare in Neenah, Wisconsin to provide a creative card making group during the August Stroke Support Group and hopes to make an appearance at the September Stroke Awareness Event held in Appleton Wisconsin

Why is Coaching listed Separately?

Samantha has been informed through her liability insurance that the services while similar and under her scope of expertise, they are still different enough for safety reasons that they need to have different discussions to make sure the service is correct for the individual. Paperwork, policies and documents will reflect these differences to ensure the client is aware which service they are signing up for and can be referred out to the proper service if necessary. Clients cannot be both therapy and coaching clients at the same time, even if coaching skills or therapy skills are implemented at the appropriate time in one’s sessions, they are utilizing the coaching service over all or the therapy service.
